Who'd have thought that there are camels in Tanzania..not me, but life is full of surprises :-)

Eventhough it was our last stop, Snake Park, the washing up still had to be done and Becks and Kate were really good at it ;-)

Say hello to the "new" truck

Say goodbye to the "old" truck

The mighty Kilimanjaro, lucky we were to see the top without it being covered by fog

Back in Dar Es Salaam on the ferry

Finally we arrived in Zanzibar and had some beers at Cholo's..these were the good old times when Cholo's still was Cholo's :-(

Even in Dar Es Salaam the sunset is breathtaking

Malawi

And here the mighty lake it was impressive to see a lake that big especially if you're Swiss as our lakes aren't this big, it covers one third of the country if I remember correctly.

This little boy I met at the local school. School is free for children in Malawi and therefore a lot of kids actually attend school which is a great thing.

We went on a village tour, a guided tour and these kids kept us company while we were walking around. They were fun. The waterpumps were build by Canadians and these waterpumps are all over Malawi and provide the Malawians with fresh water so they don't have to walk too far anymore to get water.

That was our nice little beach unfortunately, we couldn't go swimming a lot because mostly it rained while we stayed at lake Malawi but anyway it was a nice beach

Kande beach is where we stayed and this dog kept us company during the rainy days :-)

Zambia Pix...

Please as usual start from the bottom

And there we go with the Lion's walk...apart from the Gorillas in Uganda, I think that was one of the most impressing things I've done on my journey

Amy and Vishella, they left after Livingstone..unfortunatelly, we missed them a lot...

The Vic Falls were just toooo much, so we needed a Booze Cruise after that ;-)

Somehow we all got through at at the border, I was always surprised by that ;-) and we made our way to the Victoria Falls
It all started with the border crossing
